Electro-magnetic vibrating feeder is a complete two-particle orientation forced vibration machine of elastic systems. The whole system works in low critical resonance state, it is of simple structure, stable work and loss of power, thus has been widely used in the cement industry. The principle is relatively simple, so as long as the master of their work and the structural principle, the theoretical guidance experience will be able to do a good job with the actual vibratory feeder maintenance and debugging.

Move the feeder in the size of the air gap between the core and the armature under the direct impact of the feeder normal operation, such as improper adjustment of the light so that the current will increase. Loosen the overhaul screw, connect it to control power supply and observe the amplitude signs of feeder instructions can gradually increase the operating current value. When the current reaches its maximum amplitude, the maximum spring board group's top screws slightly loose, this time as the amplitude increases the decline will happen in operating current. If the spring stiffness is too large, it should reduce the number of blocks to reach the stiffness. In contrast, the leaf spring number should be increased in order to enhance the overall stiffness. The regular check and adjustment of the air gap can guarantee the operation is in the normal conditions.
