Globalization--- A Double Sword

In my point of view, the economic globalization is a double sword.

First of all, I will declare the bad side. The economic globalization definitely is the main cause that leads to the spreading collapse in the global economy. Its own character, globalize, aggravates the instability of the whole world’s economy. For instance, a senior textile corporation called “Dingjia” bankrupt in 2011. The financial crisis influenced the entire marketing; the desire of consumption went down along with it. China’s central bank tightened the reserve fund’s rate which worse the export enterprise’s situation. Dinjia could not get enough orders to support the operating and could not borrow money to over the hump.

However, it is cannot be denied that globalization is irresistible. The scientific and technological progress all indicates that people will not be restrained by their own country. For example, the Nanjing Auto took over the MG-ROVER in 2009. Before the acquiring, Nanjing Auto’s main business is truck. After it, the whole manufacturing production line has been improved a lot, meanwhile the manage system also was upgraded because they need to apply for British’s local labor force law and the management rules. With this change, the Nanjing Auto also made a lot contribution to GDP. By using the cheaper labor than the British, we made cheaper cars which led to the cheaper consumption index and can help people have a better life. For the long-term development, we need the globalization to help us communicate the culture and knowledge in order to create a new world, a new level of technology and maybe a new culture.

As a conclusion, before we use and follow the globalization with ethics or make a relatively law, I believe it has not become a very good choice for the developing countries. Nevertheless, time is flying; people are changing. Globalization will turn harm into a benefit, some day....
