The historic laws and security
* With the first historical law and security is the code, of Hammurabi this law was name after a king named King Hammurabi which lived in Babylon. These laws out of many laws, which is known as one of the oldest laws created. The law was based around the idea, of getting even with other that have done he or she as the person wrong. The next law is the Draco’s laws, which came about in the B.C. time frame. What the Draco’s law did was to give the government over, the power to control the offender’s punishment and not leave it into the victims control to do as he or she pleases. If a person was to kill somebody in those days, they had to leave that area where their home and family and friends were never to come back again as a punishment for the crime he or she has done. The next law is the law of the twelve tables this law was created by Romans. The twelve tables were made up of ten men, and gave them the power to come up with laws. One of the laws is if he or she, as a child has deformed body parts they will be killed. Another law is if a male and female move in, with each other for a certain amount of years they are known to be married. The next law is the Justinian code, which was Romans old laws mixes up, with laws from Justinian that he thought of. Justinian laws was to be easy laws, to understand and also effective as well. The Justinian laws are still used as basis legal codes, within western world system. The law is the Magna Carta, which was a document. The Magna Carta laws was put into play to lower the control the king, of England had over people that was English citizens. This law named Magna Carta, was signed by king john. The last of the laws is statute of Westminster which this law was made in Britain....
