Executive Summary:

Our business proposal outlines our intentions of owning and operating the finest Fixed Base Operator (FBO) in the continental United States. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of flight instruction, maintenance services and fuel services in our modern and full service locations. Our initial site will be opened and operated at the Rick Husband International Airport in the northern Texas City of Amarillo. We intend to outline our proposed personnel requirements, Information System (IS) that we have selected and our facility requirements. In the following sections we will address our funding requirements and our planned expansion projects after our first full year of operation, based on market reviews in both our current location as well as future growth locations.

This is the initial proposal requirements and will be followed by an extensive fact finding and statistic gather research document which will indicate our funding sources and realistic expectations for fiscal income with a detailed cost analysis. In this proposal our main focus is a broad brush stroke on daily operations and personnel requirements but a detailed description of our automated systems and security protocols. This will ensure that our operation is well thought out from the beginning in the area of network development and organizational intranet and extranet management and usage. Our vision is to be highly efficient in our daily operations and scheduling of flight and maintenance tracking. This will ensure a quality service is provided with the highest level of standardization while ensuring a high level of security is maintained.
