Dear Sir:

This is to transmit a project proposal for a nursing college in PMU.

A nursing college is important for many of high school students and their parents because there are a shortage of Saudi nurses especially those with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. This need is shown in a short self-administered survey questionnaire which is part of the study for this proposal.

As shown in the study results, the majority of the 600 high school students in Dharhan, Al Khobar, and Dammam areas surveyed are in favor of putting up the a nursing college and a majority of them also signified their intention of sending their children in the PMU college for Nursing..

The feasibility study also shows that the nursing college is feasible financially. It has also intangible benefits to the Saudi government and people as well as students who want to earn a bachelor in Nursing.

I am thanking you for giving me the opportunity to do my share in improving the services of the University. I would like also to mention my professor in my course for helping me come up with this proposal. Many thanks are also given to my survey respondents who helped in making this proposal possible by giving their honest opinions on the questions regarding putting up a nursing college at PMU.
