Pronto Wash is currently experiencing problems with many of its franchises. Since there conception in 2001, they have been opening locations around the globe. Although their company has been growing, there are many problems that are arising. To many Pronto Wash franchises have opened with high expectations and have not performed as predicted. This has become a huge problem that needs to be corrected immediately. With all of the car wash services out there, Pronto Wash wants to make the process a simple and environmentally friendly one, but with these rapid expansion problems they have some future hurtles to overcome. Pronto Wash has many franchise locations in shopping malls, high customer traffic areas, and can be situated in practically any location. Due to its small size, it can practically operate anywhere. None the less, there high hopes of success are in danger. Our team’s goal is to help Pronto Wash get back on track and turn it troubles into success stories.
