Executive Summary
It is necessity in any community or household that there is a reliable and clean water supply for the population or the home to use. Our engineering team has been delegated the role of designing a suitable system, which will ensure that there is a constant supply of fresh water that is to the quality acceptable for drinking and other daily purposes. After thorough analysis of the task assigned to our engineering team and looking at the long term goals wanting to be achieved, we have attempted to implement a solution that provides an adequate supply of water to a household through the gathering and filtration of groundwater and the implementation of water storage into the household design. The team has also provided ideas that were proposed in the initial conceptual phase, to show how our water supply and storage ideas originated.
