1.2 Executive summary
* The Multimedia for LAZO Project is an initiative to produce a promotional video for the non-profit organization named LAZO.
* The Project was initiated by the request of a member of LAZO. They need a final product with certain quality requirements to reach the pretended audience. The final DVD resulting of the project will be used to spread the LAZO’s work and its results. As well, it will be utilized to obtain funds for the organization’s activities.
* The multimedia raw files resulting from the shooting sessions will be kept by LAZO for future promotional campaigns and other events.
* The Project will face some challenges through its execution such as complying with the Information Act, and keep the Project in the initial budget of $2,000.
