Topic 12: What is corporate entertaining? How important is it to a company? What are the disadvantages of corporate entertaining?

Good morning, everyone.Thanks for coming!

This morning I’m going to talk to you about corporate entertaining.

It can be clearly seen that, in a successful business, advertising plays important role. If the public does not know that your business exists, finding customers to make enough purchases for your business to survive will be a failed. However, making customers concern your products is a big question. Nowadays, while there are many good services taking care of clients, a very smart solution is corporate entertaining. It not only helps companies impress customer, but also is an event for business to thank their staff, and make them want to attach more deeply with their companies.

So today, I will discuss this issue with you in three main points: the define, importances and disadvantages of corporate entertaining. I’ll start off by filling you in on the background to the corporate entertaining and its importance.then I’ll talk you through some disadvantages of it.

My presentation will last about 7 minute. So feel free to ask any questions at the end of my presenting and I’m really willing to discuss more with you.

As you know, corporate entertainment relates to private events held by corporations or businesses for their staff, clients or stakeholders. These events can be for large audiences such as conventions and conferences, or smaller and smaller events such as retreats, holiday parties or even private concerts. It is also commonly used to mean corporate hospitality, the process of entertaining guests at corporate events.

As I said before, when a companies or business hold a corporate event, they wants to show their staff, clients, or stakeholders some appreciations. Those are the very importance of corporate entertaining, which in this presenting I want to emphasize at 3 main points:
