moTOPIC QUESTIONS FOR WRITING

1. “Prevention is better than cue”. Out of a country’s health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health preventative measures. To what extend do you agree or disagree with this statement?

2. Some governments say how many children a family can have in their family. They control the number of children someone has. Do you agree or disagree?
