The organization that I want to build my marketing plan around is AT&T Labs, their products and services. I have chosen this organization due to the fact that I am employee and I have great in depth knowledge of our product and services.

Mission Statement:

Our Mission is to exploit technical innovations for the benefit of AT&T and its customers by implementing next-generation technologies and network advancements in AT&T’s services and operations.

Vision Statement:

The AT&T global network was born of ingenuity of AT&T labs networking specialist who made disparate systems work together. Being the world’s fastest and most reliable global network, our network is the standard against which all others are measured. To maintain our leadership in this arena, we focus on the future and aggressively pursue innovations. Our vision is to design and create in this decade the new global network, processes, and service platforms that maximize automation, allowing for a reallocation of human resources to more complex and productive work.

As our valued customer we want you to feel that the data and minutes that you pay for are yours to keep and with our innovative mobile applications you will be able to stay up with future trends. Unlike our competitor Verizon with our data plans and minutes you keep the minutes you don’t use every month. We understand that your data and minutes usage varies from month to month. With our services your data and minutes can be rolled over and kept for future use. Our mobile applications are more than any other competitors in our market.
