The technical requirements of the fly ash in Lytag production are as follows:

Fineness: 4900 holes / M2; the sieve margin of less than 40%. In case of coarse ash to be blended with fine ash. (The equipment used Lytag here finished sieve screening equipment)

Residual carbon content: high carbon content can reduce the amount of incorporation of solid fuel, which can save fuel, but the carbon content is too high, even if not mixed with solid fuel, still more than fit the requirements baking burn. Thus fly ash carbon content in general should not be higher than 10%, and carbon content should be stable. rotary kiln jaw crusher

Fly ash should not be mixed with harmful impurities, such as massive cinder weeds.

High temperature performance: high temperature deformation temperature of 1200 to 1300 degrees Celsius, the softening temperature of 1500 degrees Celsius.

Chemical composition, generally is not strictly limited. Ferric oxide Fe2O3 content should not be greater than 10%, and contain more sodium oxide Na2O hydroxide K2O and less sulfur trioxide of SO3. This is because when the ferric oxide is reduced to produce a ferrous oxide of FeO, significant fluxing action, but excessive ferrous oxide, but also make the calcination temperature range is reduced, is not conducive roasting control. Sodium oxide and potassium oxide is not only help Anatexis, the firing temperature is reduced, so that a wide range of calcination temperature conducive roasting control. Sulfur trioxide has serious corrosion on equipment and pipeline.

Lytag raw material ball quality requirements, the quality of the raw material pellets has great influence on the ceramsite roasting, the main requirements are as follows:

1. The ball particle size of the raw material should range 5- 15 mm, not be mixed with bulk and powder.

2. It has a certain strength, and can withstand the friction , extrusion, the impact action without deformation during...
