Food Intake

In the first nutritional intake paper for one day taught me a lot about my nutritional habits and the way I eat. It is hard to really eat the way I need to because of my day to day schedule. I really would like to eat the nutritional foods my body need and want but I have a busy schedule. This is not to say that I will not try to improve my day to day eating habits. This means that if I do not start eating the right foods it may cause health issues later.

In this paper I will present information stating which nutritional foods provide protein, carbohydrates, and lipids. The writer will provide nutritional intake information about protein, carbohydrates, and lipids. In this paper I will do a comparison of the daily reference intake and state the highs and lows of protein, carbohydrates, and lipids and how to maintain a balance in nutrients. I will discuss what happens when the body gets too few protein, carbohydrates, and lipids in the nutritional diet. I will provide a percentage of the nutritional fiber intakes; reveal any fiber deficiencies, and which one provides the most fiber. The writer will make changes in the diet plan to create a fiber rich nutritional meal.

The foods that provides protein in my diet is the ball park frank, egg omelet with ham and cheese, and the Swanson Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes. These are the foods that provide protein in my diet. The foods that provided carbohydrates in my diet were the bread from the burger deluxe, the wheat bread, and the mash potatoes from the mash potatoes and gravy. These are the foods that provide carbohydrates in my three day dietary foods. The foods that provide the lipids in my diet were the burger deluxe, the ham in the sandwich, and the gravy from steak and potatoes. These are the foods that provide lipids in my diet.
