1. Cardiorespiratory Endurance

a. Description: I ran the 1.5 mile in 11 minutes; this is average for males my age. I do not run every week and need to start running more to get in better shape.

b. SMART goal: My goal is to run a 10-minute 1.5 mile by the end of the semester. To accomplish this I am going to run a mile and a half at least 3 times a week.

2. Muscular Strength and/or Muscular Endurance

c. Description: In the abdominal curl test I did 70 in 1-minute and I did 40 push ups in 1-minute. For males my age both of these tests were considered average.

d. SMART goal: My goal is to get 80 abdominal curls and 50 push ups in 1-minute by the end of the semester. I will do push ups and sit ups at least 4 times a week to accomplish this goal.

3. Flexibility

e. Description: For my flexibility test I was able to just touch the fence, which gave me a score of 3. This score is fair for males my age.

f. SMART goal: My goal is to get a score of 4 by the end of the semester. To accomplish this goal I will stretch every night for 20 minutes.

4. Body Composition or Nutrition

g. Description: I eat 3 meals a day and have a snack every day. My weight is average for males my height.

h. SMART goal: My goal is to gain 5lbs by eating more protein to build more muscle by the end of the semester. I will accomplish this by having a protein drink after I run, do push ups, and sit-ups.

5. Stress, Substance Use, Time Management or any other aspect that addresses healthier lifestyle.

i. Description: I usually encounter a lot of stress during the week because I put off studying or doing homework until the last minute. I am usually overwhelmed when there is a big exam.

j. SMART goal: My goal is to study at least 2 hours a day, so I can get a 3.5 GPA for the semester. I will study ahead of time, so I am not cramming and stressing out before an...
