Traditional Learning theory
The three traditional learning theories are the behavioral theory, the cognitive learning and the Constructivist theory. They all are pretty similar to each other when it comes to how an individual learn. They have a very small difference which is describe.
The behavioral theory is normally learned by association with the subject that you are trying to learn about. The first observable behavior is learning is manifested by a change in behavior. Second is how the environment shapes and how they learn from the elements in the environment and not the individual learner. The third one is the principles of contiguity and the reinforcements. You normally learn from you instinct or reflexive response to something. The behavioral objective is normally form from a condition on stimuli and how your behavior will be judged. Also when it comes to adult education behaviorism has its own philosophy that normally underlies the adult career and technical education.
Normally you can learn from punishment and reinforcement her is a few example of behavioral punishment and reinforcement in this chart. reinforcement punishment
