* Cost Leadership of Mcdonalds-McDonald’s uses Cost Leadership Strategy in combination with Operational Excellence Strategy. This company is creating value, based on price, combined with customer service. Cost Leadership Strategy allows McDonald’s to keep production costs and customer prices low; meanwhile, Operational Excellence helps maximize the efficiency of the product development process to minimize costs, but creates a competitive advantage on operational excellence

* The reason why people go to mcdonalds is because they are starting of providing low-calories food such as walnut salad along with the permium grilled chicken classic sandwich. And are more low-clalories food provided in this giant fast-food restaurant.

* In burger king they have also started with healthier food options such as a chicken whopper sandwhich, garden sald and much more,.

* The reason why mcdonalds get more customers because they provide kids meal with toys in it and also they advertise any updates of the toys on TV.

* In burger king is hardly to find kids meal with a toy in it , this does not attract the childerens to go burger king.

* McDonalds has a competitive advantage over Burger king in the overall Key Success Factors, hence McDonalds will sustain a higher profitability than Burger King in the fast food industry.
