Research title: What type of employees are Vietnamese businesses hiring: which type of degrees have the least unemployment rate over the past few years in Vietnam. Why many graduates are rejected by businesses?

I. Background:
The young unemployment rate is higher nowadays. Some of the basic reasons of this points are difficult economic situation, less job opportunities. According to the research of Ministry of Education, 63 percent of graduated students do not have jobs because they are lack of skills, 70 percent of graduates work for different sectors which they are educated at university and get low incomes, only 19 percent ones can get a right job (dubaonhanluchcmc.gov.com.vn). Those numbers lead to the question “why many graduates are rejected by businesses?”, which can not be easily answered.
Having the right person in the job is essential in increasing productivity. So that businesses are hiring employees within narrower bounds, higher requirement. Hence, it now hard to find a room in big companies and it lead people find the way out that is learning for a degrees which have less unemployment rate.
II. Problem Statement and Rationales:
First of all, the number of students each year are pretty much. There are more than 500 colleges and universities, which have not mentioned about private school under general standard. According to the evaluation, in private school, among 10 study there is only one with have the real quality university.
