Developing Cross-Cultural Capability
Culture is a very broad concept. According to statistics, there are more than 200 kinds of definitions of "culture" at least. Generally speaking, culture is a social phenomenon, is to create long-term formation of the product. But it is also a historical phenomenon, the accumulation of social history. Culture refers to a country or a nation's history, geography, customs, traditions and customs, lifestyles, literature and art, code of conduct, ways of thinking, values, etc.
National culture
National culture is the value system and pride associated with a nation. Many people deny their national culture when they move to a new location, and embrace the national culture of their new home.
Family culture
Each family has its own special ways of doing things which are most usually passed on through generations, as well as sometimes existing throughout the wider, or extended, family group.

Organizational culture is the collective behavior of humans who are part of an organization and the meanings that the people attach to their actions. Culture includes the organization values, visions, norms, working language, systems, symbols, beliefs and habits.
Youth culture
Youth culture is "the sum of the ways of living of youths”. For example, we young people like pop music but our grandparents can’t understand it.
