Overview
The purpose of doing this report is to identify the human resources practices by Primula Beach Hotel Kuala Terengganu. Besides that, this report consists all questionnaire related to human resources management and analysis the effectiveness of HRM function practiced by Primula Beach Hotel in managing employees and reducing employee turnover. Information was collected by interview the HR department of Primula Beach Hotel. The purpose we use this method is we want to fully understand the impression or experience of the personnel and also learn more about their answers to question.
