IBPF Interview Questions
Marketing Department: Second Choice
1. What did you like or dislike about CTB class?
The thing I liked about CTB class was that I got to use my creativity to make up an original product as well as put in all the details such as price, color scheme…etc. There wasn’t much that I disliked; however, if I were to pick something, it would be the demographic part. There was a lot of detail that had to be put into that section.
2. Do you consider yourself creative?
I do consider myself creative because I can think outside the box. I have the ideas to create my own product or design, but I do not have the resources or money to actually create it.
3. What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength would be my leadership skills and organization abilities. One of my pet peeves is not being organized, especially in a work area. Furthermore, I have a lot of experience as a leader because I am the captain of the boys varsity soccer team.
4. What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about sports and schoolwork. I love watching and playing soccer and basketball. My favorite subject in school is math or anything related to it. If there were more business classes I would have taken them.
5. Tell me how you feel this class will help you achieve your future goals?
This class will help achieve my future goals because it will prepare me for my completion of my MBA in finance/economics/business. I plan on doing something in the financial area; so being in the Accounting Department will get me used to that feeling.
6. What do you consider to be your greatest weakness?
I believe my greatest weakness is working in large groups. I am a better speaker/ contributor when working in smaller groups.
7. What can you feel you can contribute to this company?
I feel I can be a great accountant for this company. Unlike last year, I hope to keep a closer eye on our clients so I can tell the company if they have paid for our...
