My dominant intelligence is Interpersonal. Interpersonal intelligence involves the ability to work with others, verbally and non-verbally. Often the qualities are influencing people and excelling in a group working together on projects. In well-defined Interpersonal intelligence one may interact and relate well with others and maintain social relationships. They also recognize feelings, thoughts, motivations, behaviors, lifestyles, communicates effectively, considers unlike perspectives, and influences the opinions or actions of others.

I was quiet surprised at the result as it describes myself as accurately as it could be. Within the well-defined definition, all the qualities possible for me are listed as well. I understand others and therefore, I am able to get along with others well, though there may be a rare occasion when there may be one individual once in a while that will hit a bad nerve.

According to the personality scores, the two highest which only had one more than the other were, an extrovert and introvert but leans more to the introvert personality. At times I feel more of an extrovert by being social, not feeling uncomfortable in a crowded room and being goofy. I enjoy being in the lives of others helping them in various ways such as, being there for someone to talk to when they need it.

Now knowing what my dominant intelligence is, I am going to communicate more non-verbally by participating more in the forums for all my classes. I will also build upon my social relationships to a much higher level. In knowing my personality traits, I will express my thoughts openly but continue to reveal less about myself since some things are just not for discussion and like to keep them private. Being friendly and outgoing, however, when it comes to being outgoing, I need to get a better feeling of the individual and their personality before becoming outgoing with that particular individual.
