For this negotiation assignment my partner and I came to the agreement that consisted of me the buyer purchasing Moms.com for 9 million dollars. With this payment of 9 million dollars, I have the power to show each episode a maximum of 6 times. Working out this agreement so that both parties (my partner and I) were happy with what the overall terms were wasn’t particularly easy. Leverage was beneficial in this agreement because it was understood that Moms.com was going to be purchased at a higher price resulting in JUNIORS being purchased for a lower price than expected.
