Abstract
This material used in this annotated bibliography was obtained by utilizing the Webster Library EBSCOhost using the key words organizational change, leadership, and management. The research was conducted between 26 October and 15 November 2012. A common trend throughout the material was identifying the individual response to change, change deployment strategies, and the importance of leadership and applying change from different management levels.

The author’s purpose is for change leasers to recognize and understand the patterns of response that people express as they learn their way through transition. This article focuses on creating awareness for the different patterns of change response to develop intervention strategies that maximize the opportunity for individuals to bounce back from adversity and move forward in the evolving environment. The article focuses on understanding these four types of change responses: entrenched overwhelmed, poser, or a learner.
This article is written in an informal passive content that simplifies the message to understand the message. The article succeeds with providing a very clear detailed understanding of people’s patterns of response to change and customize intervention strategies to help the entire organization move forward by keeping the information simple, clear, and concise. The ideas outlined in this article are only the personal opinion of the author.
