The mInDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY-ILIGAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, a State institution of higher learning, created and operating pursuant to Republic Act No 5363, through its College of Engineering (MSU-IITCOE), as member of the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) Consortium, with official address at COE Building, MSU-IIT, Andres Bonifacio Avenue, Tibanga, Iligan City, represented herein by its Chancellor, PROF. MARCELO P. SALAZAR

and

Mr/Ms _______________________________________, _________(status), of legal age, Filipino and residing at _______________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ hereinafter called the GRANTEE:

Witnesseth: That

Whereas, the ERDT Consortium, pursuant to its objective to develop and enhance Filipino R&D through graduate education, consistent with the Medium Term Development Plan (MTDP) and the National Science and Technology Plan (NSTP) of the country, offers the Engineering R&D for Technology (ERDT) Scholarship through the support of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) to achieve the objective.

Whereas, the GRANTEE whose education, training and experience as shown in his/her information sheet hereto referred as Annex A and made an integral part hereof, is ready, able and willing to accept the ERDT Scholarship Grant with all its terms and conditions specified in this Contract and in the Guidelines referred as Annex B, made an integral part hereof;

Now therefore, the ERDT through MSU-IIT grants scholarship privileges to the GRANTEE to enable him/her to pursue...
