Kudler Accounting System

Accounting systems are the backbone of the business operations systems. The current accounting systems at Kudler Fine Foods are lacking some features that could increase sales and reduce losses. The accounting information systems are used to provide financial data and other key business records so that Kudler Fine Foods may make strong internal and external decisions. The areas that will be greatly improved are by placing upgrades to the current accounting systems are: marketing, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, sales. The current accounting system is modular in design so the updates and upgrades can be made. This will reduce the costs associated with the improvements needed.

Key Features

The new features for the extending and expanding the accounting information systems includes the integrating the following systems: budgeting software, auditing software, integrated accounting and finance software, the use of XBRL programming language for filing reports, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment, Customer Relationship Management and Knowledge Management. Newly integrated software features will also provide for include financial planning and budgeting, financial and economic forecasting. IT systems will also make use of firewall and intrusion detection systems along with auditing of logs to track fraud and other malicious attacks. Financial analyses will become even more accurate and they will be completed faster and with more information.

Core Technology

The ERP system software will create an infrastructure that connects the all areas of the enterprise system together. The SCM systems oversee the logistics of the supply chain, such as transportation, manufacturing, inventory, and scheduling. CPRF systems can forecast ordering needs and supply demands.
