INTRODUCTION

Majority of countries in the whole world was exposed to entrance of the migrant labour since years ago. Migrant labours usually enter some country in order to applying for job and continue their survival in life due to poverty and war in their own country. They cannot pursue their life in their own country and suffers from starvation and stress of requirement of life such as lack of home and transportation. In addition, other neighbouring countries also offer good job with a good payment that also contribute to the migrant labour’s entrance into some of the countries. The neighbouring countries require migrant labour in order to meet their labour need for the development of their industry in a very lower cost to maximize returns. The neighbouring countries suffer from the labour’s shortages thus they require importing migrant labour to fulfil their need as well as demand from their consumers.

Malaysia is one of the Southeast Asia country and also not excluded as a country that undergo entrance of migrant labour into our country. Usually migrant labour comes to Malaysia was from Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and some from Filipina, Vietnam and Africa. Lately, the scope and scale of transnational movements have grown rapidly and major states like Malaysia and Thailand between them currently host about 70% of the estimated 13.5 million migrant workers in the region (Kaur, 2010). The excessive number of migrant labour in this country would affect the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country.
