In today’s business environment, e-business has become an important tool for business to generate revenue, easily reach new customers, and expand into new markets. E-business is used to automate business processes, make businesses more efficient, and reduce the total cost of doing business. With this automation e-business systems can become complicated and take multiple departments working together to support and maintain. The reality is e-business can make or halt a business. In the past some year’s e-business has blasted in the corporate world (Vitez, 2010b). Businesses are required to gadget tools to make a modest advantage in today’s commerce situation (Vitez, 2010).

The Evolution of E-Business

In the last 20 years technology advances have changed the way business in conducted and the way companies interface with their customers. Two of the largest advances in the technology field are the adoption of the Internet and the introduction of e-business. Before the introduction of e-business it would have been necessary for companies to manually perform core business processes like inventory, shipping, financials, and the supply chain. Managing each of these process would have take a large number of employees, time, and money. E-Business has made it possible for business to save time, increases their effectiveness, and provided them new avenues to reach new markets and customers without investing in large capital expenditures.

E-Businesses role in the professional segment surely is of a prodigious position, it allows businesses to devote more time preparation, and to progress policies, which main to revenue because it decreases the amount of period required to do regular business events (Rampur, 2011).
