Louisiana Abortion Law: Right or Wrong
The State of Louisiana recently passed a new abortion law which requires medical personnel to provide women with information such as a three dimensional ultrasound which gives the prospective mother to be an excellent image of how the fetus is taking shape as well as the sound of the babies heartbeat. The reasons in which people responsible for passing this law want the potential mothers to be exposed to things like these are debatable. This is what we, the co-authors of this article, will attempt to analyze and debate while presenting the facts of this new law mixed with our own personal views and opinions. There are many different reasons a woman would want to have an abortion. These reasons can range from rape, incest, high probability of birth defects, and even their environment.
Abortion is a hot topic of debate across the United States as well as Louisiana. It is very controversial and always has been at the center of arguments and debates between coworkers, family members, and even political figures that have campaigns hinging on their views regarding this practice. I personally think it is morally wrong to destroy human life in any form, but I am all for abortion. My opinion does not make sense to many people, but it makes perfect sense to me. I admit that I am a Republican and am quite conservative, but I have liberal tendencies. Some people like to say that you cannot have it both ways. They say that you are either left or right in your views, but I disagree. So, despite thinking it is basically morally wrong to dispose of a human fetus that could potentially be born of no defect and harm to the mother I still agree with abortion. Of course I...
