Bringing it to our awareness again, about the coming merger between InterClean, Inc. and EnviroTech. It should be noted that this will give our company the best opportunities towards securing a substantial corner of the corporate cleaning industry, which will make both companies profitable and competitive. While undergoing this process, it is very crucial to look into some aspect that includes how a manager's behavior impacts the productivity of the workers, the types of management actions that are in line with the employment laws as well as those that are not, and some of the best practices for working in a diverse work environment. There are many factors that affect the productivity of any business, but the main criteria for having a good business is the behavior of the management towards working efficiently, and achieving a goal of the company. Suitable management behavior helps develop a rewarding work environment that encourages high productivity.
Therefore, the supervisory team must establish a positive attitude in the working. This will help build a positive image of the company and a way of trust and good working environment which will increase our productivity. The management team has a lot of work towards enhancing a good workmanship. Having a poor behavior from the management team will reduce our trust in working with other companies and alos reduce our productitvity.
