1. Executive Summary
The Changi Motorsports Hub aims to be the ‘Centre of Excellence for Motorsports training and education’ with top notch motorsports facilities and amenities for motorsports enthusiasts, businesses, consumers and tourists. To do so, we are planning to develop a racetrack that can accommodate F1, Go-Kart and Motorcycle races. There will also be a Motor Museum, where spectators can get up close and personal with their favourite racers and learn more about their favourite race car. A retail complex will also work to attract Non-Motorsports visitors who can mingle with the Motorsports enthusiasts.
Proposed Changi Motorsports Hub
Location : 41 hectares of prime sea-front land situated at the eastern tip of Singapore
Motorsports Complex : Race Track, Grandstand & Motor Museum
Size : 32,000 sqm with 3.7 km racetrack along the Changi coastline
Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) Grade 2 certified.
Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) Grade 1 certified.
The racetrack can be used for professional and amateur F1, Go-Kart, Indy Car and Motorcycle racing. The grandstand will surround the racetrack. Seating for up to 20,000 spectators. The Motor Museum will be below the grandstand.
Non-Motorsports Complex : Retail Complex & Hotel
Size : 35,000 sqm with 5-floor shopping complex, 57-floor hotel, 2-floor museum and exhibition and 1-floor casino
5-floor shopping complex will be leased to restaurants, café and other merchandising store. Space will be allocated for souvenir store. Hotel will be located above the shopping complex.

We will arrange for at least two major professional races to be done every year – in June and December. On non-race days, the racetrack can be rented out for private and corporate events.
