Scope

* This conceptual paper aims to present a research paradigm for international business communication research, with special reference to the problems of Japanese corporations. It also describes the international business communication and the obstacle Japanese corporation face in international business. Besides, this article also includes several method used to deal with the obstacle to encourage a better global management and intercultural communication. Other than that, this article also covers the international business communication research with reference to Japanese companies, a research agenda is offered involving study of correct usage of English, the meaning of international business terms, and the relationship of English as an international business language to its various users.

Objectives

This article has several objectives:

* To defined the international business communication.

* To describe the obstacles Japanese corporations face in international business and the method used to deal with the obstacles to encourage a better global management and intercultural communication.

* To systematize the international business communication based on Japanese companies.

Writing Style

* The article is academically written, with proper and understandable diagram to explain something.

* There is also a list of references in bibliographic format at the end of the article.

* The language used are fair level English, there are certain specialized terminologies used, as there are usage of jargon language. Those who are not familiar with English language may find it quite difficult to be understood, but it will not be a problem to university level students and academicians.
