Using logical flow can help readers understand the message clearer. There should be a topic sentence for each paragraph. The supporting details should follow the order of the points listed in the topic sentence. This creates a logical flow and prevents the reader from getting a headache.

Use Standard English

Writers should use Standard English at all times so that all the readers can comprehend the information. Some writers become lazy at times especially when writing to their friends. They often use dialect and write poorly. Your bosses will appreciate the effort write Standard English. They will look up to you and view you as a professional. They may even trust you enough and give you the responsibility to write memos and business proposals.

Be Clear

Writers should be clear in their writing so that readers can translate the message. It can be very frustrating to read poor writing. Use simple words that are just as effective as the complex words.
