Dear Mrs. Widrick:

The name of my group is The CJ Group and our topic is successful interviews. The role that I received for our presentation on successful interviews is folder organizer. This role has many responsibilities that include organizing all final paperwork to be handed in and building a professional folder. Relational roles that I have found myself in during this project are the clear communication through email and the positive collaboration of ideas. We have been communicating through email when we send each other finished notes and material that we have done on our topic. This lets us keep a record of all of our materials. Our collaboration of ideas has been running very smoothly and we have been coming up with great ideas for our presentation.

I have positively contributed to my group thus far by attending all meetings on time, doing all my share of work, and producing good ideas for our future presentation. My group has been great so far. We are generating many good ideas for our presentation and our communication for meeting times and due dates for materials has been great. One thing that I wish could be going better for the group is the notice for more urgency. The project is due in two weeks and we are a little too relaxed than I feel we should be. However, all of the members of our group have contributed equally and done good work.

The meetings for our group have been going very well so far. Every meeting we all know what we need to focus on and what we need to work on. Everybody is prepared for meetings and we always assign work to be completed for the next meeting.
