Introduction

It is said leadership is the heart of the organization and it is the cause of every action taken in the organization. Different people carry different traits that lead to differences in leadership style in them. In every organization, the leader has their own style of ruling or in other words their leadership.

There are many types of leadership style for us to identify like charismatic leadership style, democratic, autocratic and etc. Each and every single style of this can bring different effects to the organization. Some style is common and some maybe not. This is highly dependent on the leader of the organization because it reflects how he or she manage, influence, and organize his organization.

In the words of “Leadership is the activity of influencing people to strive willingly for group objectives.”- - - George Terry

Differences in leadership will cause the changes happens in every single organization to be different. There is no exactly distinct leadership style in different leader so the changes or action their take are not similar either. Studies had been done in decades to find out the differences in leadership that affect the implementing changes in organization.
