1. All regular and urgent order from customer will e-mail to Extron Electronic.

2. Customers require to filling up order form with the item code, description and quantity ordered. Besides, Customer also require to advise the transport mode from Extron in Singapore to destination.

1. Upon receiving of order, Customer Services admin is to key-in the part number into LWMS to generate a pick list.

2. Admin supervisor or his designate will verify the pick list against the order to ensure all

Entries tally.

Note 3

1. Operation staff shall proceed to pick the parts as per entries in the pick list. For

Singapore orders, the picker has to annotate the Country of Origin (COO) as shown on

the parts’ label onto the pick list. The picker has to sign on the pick list as picked the

parts.

2. Place the parts at the designated area for audit check and packing

3. The supervisor or his designate shall carry out the quantity / audit check to ensure that the parts picked are correct and the quantity tally with the pick list.

4. If all in order, sign as audited on the pick list as he parts are being palletized. Otherwise, reject to picker to verify and to pick the correct parts(s).
