This assignment highlights about how employees’ behaviour in the organisation, the relationship between the employees and the managers, team work, and their objectives to reach the organisation’s goal.

The organisation chosen for the study is SIA Engineering Company. Here the organisational structure of the company, the motivation given by the organisation to the employees, the team work done by the employees and the issues in the organisational structure, problems faced by the employees in the organisation and also we are going to analyse how the issues can be solved or bring a conclusion for the issues which are major barriers for the growth of the organisation.

2. INTRODUCTION

Organisational behaviour helps to analyse about the people, their attitudes, and their way of working. It also helps to analyse about the problems existing in an organisation and to find solutions for the problems and to make the employees to work comfortably. It also helps to improve the standards of the individuals and to improve their behaviours.
