Task 13-12-11 Junior Officer Leader Orientation Course

Situation: The purpose of this training is to enhance company command teams’ knowledge in the areas of military justice, administrative law, and command legal authorities and responsibilities IOT enhance leader understanding of HoF initiatives and to arm our junior leaders with the skills required to enable effective execution of their responsibilities and authorities.

(5) All company CDRs and 1SGs and known future company CDRs and 1SGs are required to attend the JOLO course on 090900-1700JAN13.

(6) Command teams are required to be available for all eight hours of instruction or attend another brigade JOLO.
