Everyone can become a leader, if you want. Anyone of us can learn leadership skills. This is the theory of transformation leadership (Transformational Leadership Theory). This theory is widely accepted in many parts of the world, and this article is based on that view.

When an individual in the company is to decide whether I respect you as a true leader or not, the individual will not think about your characteristics, rather, he or she will only see you doing something for which there can know who you really are. Individuals will use their observations to determine whether you have the right to be a respected leader and trusted individual or just a misuse of power to promote and profit for themselves.

Basic elements of a successful leadership is upright character and non-profit service of the company. In the eyes of your employees, your leadership is everything you do that may affect the goals of the organization and the employee's life. The respected leaders to focus on what they are expressed (such as beliefs and character), what they know (such as job, tasks, and human nature) and what they do (such as job performance, motivate people, and giving directions).

What makes a person want to obey and to follow a leader? Many of us want to be guided by those they respect and who have the ability to recognize the right direction. To get the respect of the people, the leaders must know how to behave ethically. Be able to feel the right direction will be achieved through the transmission of a clear vision of the future for its employees.
