The Company summary “Snap, Crackle and pop, “would consist of partnership and be LLC with equal partnership in this joint venture. Some 25 years ago the compact disk took a huge consumer market from the vinyl record market. Today more than ever the vinyl records are making a comeback. The products and services would be nostalgic vinyl records an inventory of 10,000 records in a rustic setting with wooden décor shelves with the environment rich in earth tones and natural light. The company would promote records and trade in, with new vinyl purchase and have a monthly club vinyl promotion for sales and a swap event. Our financial Plan would consist of retail space for rent in historic district with brick and mortar construction. Our goal would be business loan from bank for building fee, start up fee for employees, coffee and food bar, full surround sound stereo speakers,
