Radisson Mfg. Co. is experiencing a financial crisis. Thomas Flint, chief financial officer (CFO), has suddenly resigned and no one is discussing the reasons. Radisson Mfg. Co. has received notification that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are investigating the Radisson Mfg. company’s accounting practices and, from the documents they have requested, the issue seems to concern revenue recognition. Companywide and Industry wide rumors are circulating suggesting inappropriate behavior by Radisson Mfg. Co. Our company is a publicly traded company and, as such, The company is required to issue a public notice concerning the sudden vacancy of the CFO. Today March 21, 2012 - Radisson Mfg. Co., is announcing the resignation of Mr. Thomas Flint, the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Flint presented his resignation in writing to his position as the Chief Financial Officer of Radisson Mfg. Co. His resignation did not provide any special statement of explanation in regard to this sudden decision. His resignation will take effect immediately after this release.
