The Elegent Cafe Firenze

As I walk through the hallway to my seat, the first thing I noticed about this four and a half star resturant is the upscale decoration. The lighting was warm, soft and very relaxing. The celing appeared to be a bronze metallic color with floral designs. There was a pendant chandelear that was mad of turqoise leaves curving up forming a multi-tier domes.

When i sat down at my cozy two person table in the corner of the room, I noticed the wall across from me had a wine shelf that spanned the entire length of the wall. However it was only half of the wall, the bottom half was booths for families to sit and eat, while enjoying the stones that were put into the wall like puzzle pieces. A bar, that was to my left, had barells and wine bottles on either side of the long counter. To my right hung a tapestry that had a classical scene on it.The scenery that this amazing resturant presents gives a relaxing, but rich feel.

The room had many familiar sounds to it. For example, families conversing about what to eat for dinner, and old friends meeting for dinner to catch up on each others lives. Behind me there was the sound of what I thought to be the kitchen. I heard cooks giving orders and waiters asking questions. I even heard a crash once, that came from either the kitchen or the entrance to the bar, which were few feet apart.

In the background I could hear soft music. As time passed I heard complex orchestra pieces, and light small band songs. Many other songs came on, such as christmas songs, and once even a guitar solo that was very long, but it was acoustic guitar so it fit in perfectly. I have been to this resturant a couple times in the past, but I never could, or really tried to hear the music they played, so this was a nice change of pace.
