Career Development Plan IV-Compensation

As all the company employees and staff is been informed about the recently acquisition of EnviroTech, Inc., and how this is going to be changing mainly in the sales department. Now there are new challenges and services that are going to be provided to the customers. Another important main key the company is focusing is not only in providing the products to the customers but to become informative explaining all the different options based on their individual needs and to create a long term relationship with the customers. At this stage the department has created a new compensation plan for the sales department.

Compensation is an important factor for an employee motivation in meeting and exceeding performance goals. Some of these compensations are based on direct cash payment, incentives to motivate employees and indirect payments in the form of employee benefits. On the sales department there are four different objectives that plays an important role in the annual review. This is going to be the same form that is going to be used on a monthly basis for the new compensation plan. On the quality objective all the employees in the sales department who during the month got an score of 100% will be giving a gift, this could be a coffee mug, pen or lunch box with the company logo. Even though the gift is small the employee will appreciate the company is recognizing him or her for the well-done job.

Another compensation if the employee exceeds the work performance during the month, he or she will be awarded with a free lunch to compensate the hard work to continue motivating the employee to perform an excellent job.
