Nowadays, there is an increasing attention between work and family, our hearts always want to be with our family, but so often our work required us to work a long hour, so it leaves no much time for us to spend with our family. Also, in these recent years, most women become a working women rather than a housewife, both father and mother need to work, so who will take care of the children? Family and work are the two most important priorities in the lives of many of us, but we seemingly do not know how to reconcile them, and this causes tremendous stress and frustration. How can we resolve this conflict? How can we balance the demands of career and our beloved family members? You might find the answer below.

Having a good time management is the best way to achieve balance between career and family. Your efficient use of time will help you advance at work while keeping you have enough time to spend with your family. There are only 24 hours in each day. You have to make the most of those hours. Hence, you can work as a temporary employee, which would allow you to choose when you want to work. Besides, you can ask your employer if you can work a flexible work schedule or perhaps work from home, so you can accommodate the other things going on in your lives.

Moreover, it is a good way to make a point to establish boundaries both at home and at work. Boundaries at home can be as simple as not taking phone calls during dinner time or making cell phones is banned on family days. You also need to set up some boundaries at work. While your job may be demanding, informing your manager that you cannot stay late on account of your kid’s football game is easier than you think. You may even be able to use your vacation time to pick up the kids from school once in a while. Boundaries start with you. You have the right to succeed, but you also have the responsibility to be attentive to your family because being successful is not an excuse to be a workaholic....
