What are the worst sweeteners?

Acesulfame potassium is the worst sweetener. People think they are being smarter by not consuming high fructose corn syrup because it has fewer calories. What they don’t know is substituting it with aspartame (Equal) is very harmful. Some people can’t even break it down in there system leading to headaches and other symptoms. The biggest problem is that people do not believe it is harmful because of the hype about it in the news. Sometimes hype makes people not trust the truth.

What are the worst preservatives? Butylated hydroxyanisole is the worst preservative that I know of. It is proven to be linked to hyperactivity in children. It is not good for children or adults. Children are more susceptible though because of their underdeveloped systems.

What are the worst food dyes? Red 40 is what comes to mind without doing intense research on the subject. It is known to cause hyperactivity among other symptoms. There are many people especially children that are very sensitive to synthetic food dyes. My daughter and I took them out of our diets. I decided I would eat a starburst to test symptoms. I am not kidding when I say the room spun within 5 minutes of me eating it.

What are all these things made of? These ingredients that people eat everyday are made of substances that would shock you. They have things like petroleum distillates, formaldehyde, and ingredients that are very similar to common butane.
