When it comes to being a manager to any type of job it can be a really hard and stressful position. Not only are you the manager of the company but you also manage the people working for you. Many managers make the mistake of not discussing things with there employees. When you are a manager it is best to always get to know your employees and let them know that you are there to help them make the company better. I believe that a regular consultation between a manager and their subordinates is very important for any company that wants to keep in touch with the employees. I believe this is the time that they sit down with the employee and discuss what’s going on in the work place. Managers should do this often because it can help make the work place run more smoothly. I also believe that not only are these meetings arranged so that employees can discuss problems going on but they can get help as well. When it comes to working you need to always be in a comfortable work environment or you wont work as good as you can. So by being able to sit down and discuss what is going on around the office it allows you to feel comfortable. These meetings also consist of trainings and talking about how things can be made better. SO all in all I think that these meetings with the manager are quite important! It can also show the employees that what they do is important and the manager wants to know how they are doing. It makes everything a lot less stressful.
