It has been frequently stated that there is no single ideal or optimal logistics organizational structure. Do you think this statement is accurate? In detail, present the arguments for and against it.
DEFINITIONS
Logistics - ...the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from point of origin to point of consumption for the purpose of conforming to customer requirements." Optimal means ,being the best or the greatest value,sometimes under certain parameters or restrictions example it is usually up to the hr department to select the optimal candidate for a job froma group of applicants by deciding each candidate meets the qualifications of a job.
Organizationalstructure organization structure is the sum total of ways in which organization divided its labour into distinct tasks and achieves coordination among them. Also when we say structure, it means the framework around which group is organized,the keystone which keep the federation functioning. The typically hierarchicalarrangement of lines of authority, communications, rights and duties of an organization.
