Kava is an island in the South Pacific. It is culturally varied in population, it is 50% aboriginal

there are Americans, French, Spanish, and Africans. Kava has much capital, like coca, spices,

petroleum, bananas, and coffee. Nevertheless, the need of a large work pool 50% of the population is of

the age of 15 and below the chances of natural disasters will occur like tidal waves tsunami, typhoons,

hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, and tornadoes, floods and also earthquakes, and there are also health

issues, like HIV which is Aids and avian flu, and there are also internal challenges, terrorism, petroleum

spills, and fires, undermine the island’s infrastructure.

An International corporation that sells and designs a networking communications technology, that has

manufactures, develops, and supports a range of computers software products, WID, which is Web

Infrastructure Plus, our company is giving its resources to Kava.

WIP can decide how they can help Kava best, by analysising the following, how does the environmental

and organizational impact the key stakeholders, and environmental and organizational subjects that are

facing Kava and WIP.

WIP’s Kava employees are made of Directors of Strategic Plan which is Alex, who also works as a

receptionist, and a strategic business planner which is I NIK. WIP decides and carry out its attempt to

help this island of Kava. WIP has to identify the employees to carry out its attempt. WIP will hire an

When hiring WIP will choose the residents in Kava, this will build a connection with this community, and
