Although man does not possess the strength of a mountain, the vastness of the universe, the depth of the ocean and the ferociousness of a lion yet he is termed the cream of creations only because of his ability to make things work out due to his sheer intelligence. Despite all this characteristics a man is only completed when he possesses his soul-mate and who else can be his best partner other than a woman.

A woman according to a socially labeled stereotype is the weaker sex of the two partners.

According to the Wikipedia Dictionary;

A marriage is an interpersonal relationship with governmental, social, or religious recognition, usually intimate and sexual, and often created as a contract.

The most frequently occurring form of marriage unites a man and a woman as husband and wife. The reasons why people marry widely are usually the following:

• social stability,

• the formation of family unit,

• legitimizing sexual relations,

• civic acceptance and show of love.
