Healthy Eating Plan

At the beginning of the course I was a very unhealthy eater. I learned about the food groups in elementary school but honestly never understood its importance. When I completed the pyramid tracker for the first time the results were bad. I did not meet the daily food requirements and my body was not feeling like a normal twenty-two year old body. I decided to change my daily routine completely hoping for results. When I decided to make the change I knew that it would be best to consult a doctor. I got a full physical to check things such as my heart rate and blood pressure. My heart rate was very slow and raised some concerns with my doctor. My physician checked my thyroids. Hypo- thyroids result in a sluggish individual and hyper thyroids result in a more hyper individual. Fortunately, my thyroids were perfect. The physician they suggested that I should which my intake of foods and take victims, preferably once that supplied my energy needs. He also Okayed the weight loss and exercising choice. I decided to go with Geritol complete for a vitamin. It is a multi-vitamin as well as a dietary supplement. Geritol contains every vitamin and mineral established as essential in human nutrition. Geritol contains all of its vitamins A, C, and E in the antioxidant form. Geritol contains no artificial sweeteners or starch. Vitamin A Is form health development in vision and bones as well as vitamin C. Vitamin C can also cure or fight off the common cold.

I figured that a start to becoming a healthier person requires a healthier sleeping pattern. Between my son, daily house work, and school, I barely get time to sleep. I stayed up late and once I finally got to sleep it was extremely hard to wake up the next morning. The first two or three days were a complete struggle. The first day I went to sleep at 1 am and woke up at 8 am got back to bad at 10 pm. I wasn’t satisfied with the 10 o clock bedtime because I would get hungry...
