JetBlue is one of the top most in the low-cost air transport industry in the United States of America. It has been believed as one of the toughest competitors of the long-time ruler of the industry Southwest Airlines. Based on the case study, a balance of both the internal and external elements of company’s environment made success in the sector. PEST Analysis and SWOT analysis used to weigh the capabilities of the firm. At the end of the analyses a set of recommendation will be provided. Basically, the company is on the right track with regards to its operations. INTRODUCTION:

JetBlue is one of the low fare Airways in United States of America. The founder and chairperson of JetBlue airways is David Neeleman. He was launched the idea of Airways Corporation in the year 1999 with initial investment of 130 million dollar. It covers 20 states all over in America. The main aim of the Airways is to bring the humanity back to air travel, after the one year of operations the first flight has been launched in February 2000 and the targeted destinations are New York and Florida.
